Quick and Easy Chocolate Fudge Reciepe
Try our easy but delicious Chocolate Caramel Fudge Recipe at home.
But remember to get an adult to help as it’s very hot!
Ingredients:
1x 397g Tin of Carnation Caramel
400grams of Milk Chocolate (chopped/broken up)
25grams of Salted Butter
100grams of Icing Sugar, Sifted
In a Non Stick Sauce Pan gentle heat the Carnation Caramel, all the chocolate and the butter until smooth consistency. Don’t let it boil. Once it reaches a smooth consistency remove from the heat and beat in the sifted icing sugar. Pour into a 20cm X 20cm Tin Lined with nonstick Baking Paper. Level the top and allow to cool. Place in Fridge for 1 hour or over night. Enjoy!

However that’s not all we do:
We started Caterfirst in the Spring of 2014 as an Event Caterers, however after a chance Enquiry from the Nursery that my kids attended we began supply Hot Nutritional Meals to Nursery School Children and now supply some of the best Local Nurseries within the area. The business has been developed further and we now work alongside the Nurseries and the Jamie Oliver Kitchen Garden Project to teach children the importance of a Balanced Diet, Nutritional benefits and how to cook.
Our Motto is simple:

Through our Blog we hope to share some great reciepes you can try at home and help guide children towards a better food philosophy!!
